Those whose decision to pivot their businesses has led to new innovations, entrepreneurial ventures, and socially impacting movements that are making our world better. Adam Medrano has served as an advocate for the citizens of Dallas for 7 years, first serving as a City Councilman over Dallas’ District 2, then rising to become Deputy Mayor Pro Tem, and now Mayor Pro Tem. We sat down with him to discuss the initiatives Dallas is undertaking to combat COVID-19, and explore some of the innovative ways city agencies have begun to approach challenges that there is no book or contingency plan to prepare you for.
