Challenges

We were brought in to breathe life and innovative design into an established conference with a number of dignitaries in attendance. Keeping the integrity of the event, while innovating its design and experience were keys to the success of the conference for the client.

Execution

We started with in-depth research to understand attendee segments and key stakeholder desires. From there, we put together a comprehensive technical direction and production management strategy that included an innovatively new stage design which incorporated physical set design with digital projection mapping, highlighting the history of the conference while pointing towards the future they were wanting to be a part of creating.

Relevance

By combining innovative experiential design strategy with cutting-edge production techniques, we were able to create a conference that led to significantly increased KPIs for the client. Brands need to constantly re-envision the experiences they create for their constituents in order to stay fresh and relevant. Our goal is to create an engaging experience that leaves people actively connected long after the closing session has ended.
