Digital Fight Club

Challenges

Digital Fight Club is an example of how you can take common event concepts and turn them on their head to make for a more fun, more engaging experience, while still communicating important and impactful information. Panels at conferences are boring- or so our client felt. They knew they needed to communicate important industry information, but wanted to do it in a way that was fun, engaging…and mildly irreverent. That’s the inspiration behind Digital Fight Club, a no-holds-barred event that pits technology experts against each other in a head-to-head, rapid-fire discussion on a hot-button topic rooted in innovation.

Execution

For one night, we brought together thought leaders in the digital space as they debated the issues facing the digital community. From scenic design to production sourcing, and catering and attendee management, our team handled it all for this long time client.  Initially held in a historic venue in Dallas, the event has now expanded into multiple markets and has brought together thousands of people. Now in its fifth year, we continue to produce this event in its entirety and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients to the rave reviews of attendees and the media.

Relevance

Conferences are part of effective communication strategies. But that doesn’t mean they have to be boring. We excel at bringing together the exciting and the educational for exceptional experiences. We worked with our amazing partners to innovate an industry that, ironically enough, was mired in complacency when it came to their events. Our team’s ability to look at what exists and imagine a better and brighter experience has led to multiple media mentions and a sold-out experience with a waiting list each year that is several hundred long.
